Health is a crowded, fast-moving landscape, and every company you align yourself with says something about you. I help you build the partner strategy and the partnerships themselves: advisory and KOL networks, collaborations and sponsorships, and the ecosystem relationships.

Early-stage companies are rich in advice. Advisors, investors, and boards all have a view on what should happen. What's scarce is someone senior who takes accountability for making it happen. I help you build what lets a startup grow and scale, as a mid-career operator, embedded fractionally.

I'm Ashleigh Niziol: after 12 years working in life sciences and health tech, I’m senior enough to know what works, and close enough to the ground to roll up my sleeves and make it happen.
A trained communicator by trade, I’m a mid-career consultant who has built a company, worked inside high-growth startups, and navigated the corporate side of pharma. Bring me in and you get that someone who has seen the problem before (recently, at that) and will still do the work.
What has driven me throughout my career: thoughtful patient, people, and societal impact can and should go hand-in-hand with business growth.
Today I work fractionally with founders and leadership teams across women's+ health, femtech, and life sciences. I'm here for the work: sharp positioning, commercial credibility, and better health for more people.
